YEAR ROUND POSITIONS

​Here are various year-round volunteer positions on the CPAC.
If you volunteer for these, you will be expected to help out throughout the year!  Woohoo!

SCHOOL SUPPORT

FUNDRAISING

OTHER

Emergency Preparedness 

• Hours: 4 Hrs September, possibly other hours throughout year
• Role: Assist with replenishment of Storage Bin, Grab-and-Go Kits and First Aid room. Update Comfort Kits as required and help with mock set-up of Emergency Preparedness tents.

​Fruit and Veg Program​

• Hours: 3 hours per month
• Role: Wash/pack & distribute fruit and vegetables to classroom.

Gardening Crew

• Hours: Several hours per week
• Role: Plan and maintain outdoor beds.

​Traffic Plan & Crossing Guard 

• Hours: 30-40 min. per shift 
• Role: Set up of cones at start of shift (a.m. or p.m.), act as Crossing Guard, clean-up of cones (a.m. or p.m.) & supervise student crossing guards.

Hot Lunch Team

• Hours: Approximately 1 hour per lunch date (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
• Role: Help receive, organise and deliver the Hot Lunch.

Fundraising

• Hours: Event Dependent
• Role: Work with Coordinators in executing fundraising activity. 

Class Reps ​

• Hours: 1-2 hours per month
• Role: Organise Christmas and end of school year teacher's gifts, Report to Class Rep Coordinator, act as class representative at CPAC meetings, and support CPAC and/or teacher communications.
• Number: 1 or more per Division

​Technology Planning

• Hours: Meet with coordinator and assist as necessary.
• Role: Help plan and manage CPAC's technology contribution to the school.
