​As the elected Voice of the Parents, the CPAC Executive team is tasked with finding solutions to problems or resolving misunderstandings
​that may occur between the parents and the school.

Please feel free to raise issues or concerns regarding the school you may have via email or through a confidential form submitted directly to the Chair. ​

PRIVACY

• The content of the email or form is treated as confidential and we will try our best to resolve the issue or provide you with direction for further action. 
• The submission will only be tabled and discussed with the Executive Committee should the Chair and Vice Chair be unable to resolve the matter directly. 
• While we respect the need for privacy and will treat the matter as confidential with the level of  sensitivity required, we cannot consider anonymous submissions and will generally require two separate complaints before acting upon a general concern. Where possible we will try  to keep individual names out of any discussions. 
• All written submissions will receive a response.
