WHY ARE WE FUNDRAISING?
This is our principal fundraising event of the year! We hope to raise over $8,000 for the Technology Fund. The following equipment is on the teachers' technology wish list for 2014/15...

16 MacBook Pro laptops and storage cart
Additional RAM for existing MacBooks
5 digital cameras
Airplay printer for iPads
32 iPad cover replacements

DID YOU KNOW? Last year's Love Boat Fundraiser raised over $11,000.00 towards the purchase of Carisbrooke's outdoor fitness circuit (installation scheduled for Spring 2014.)

ADD TO THE FAIR FUN!

Cake Walk - We need cake(s). Nothing too fancy (no nuts), just something kids would enjoy winning to take home.

Jar Wall of Chance - "What's that?" Imagine hundreds of clear jars stacked along a wall with various "fun" contents. Buy a ticket, pick a number and win that jar - who knows what you'll get.

We need clear jars (any size) filled with family/kid friendly treats...

a mason jar filled with lego/playmobil you no longer use
a jam jar filled with hair bands and barrettes
a pickle jar filled with homemade cookies, preserves, polly pocket dolls, rainbow loom elastics, crayons, gum or puzzle pieces .... use your imagination!

CRAZY GAMES
Like Sports Day, but wackier! Try some of the zany games being organized by our class divisions...included in your admission.

Cotton Ball Race (K Div 13/14) Transfer cotton balls from one bucket to another using only a ladle. Harder than it sounds!
Ping Pong Toss (Gr 1 Div 11/12) Throw a ping pong ball into a plastic cup. Swish!
Potato Drop (Gr 2 Div 9/10) Carry a potato between your knees and drop it into a bucket.
Beach Ball Waddle (Gr 3 Div 7/8) Two people standing side by side carry a beach ball between their hips to the finish line.
Skateboard Ski Race (Gr 4/5 Div 5/6) On your knees, on a skateboard, use two toilet plungers to propel yourself to the finish line.
Duck-O-War (Gr 5/6 Div 3/4) Use a squirt gun to move a duck across a pool. Squirt gun...enough said.
Face the Cookie! (Gr 6/7 Div 1/2) - Try to get an Oreo off your forehead and into your mouth without using your hands. Bonus points if you can "eat the middle first".

PASSORT EXCHANGE All participants receive a "passport" upon arrival. After completing a game you will earn a stamp in your passport. After collecting stamps from all games take your passport to the "Exchange" station where your name will be put in a draw for one of several fantastic prizes!

DINNER - New to Carisbrooke.... FOOD TRUCKS!
Purchase your dinner from Dougie Dog, Reel Mac 'n Cheese and Feastro. These catering trucks will be on site for the entire event - a unique and fun culinary experience! They accept Cash, Debit, Visa & Mastercard. A portion of their sales will be donated to the school.

Children's Dog - All natural wiener, with a choice of basic condiments of ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, relish and onions

Godzilla - $8.00 Classic gourmet mac and cheese with a Japanese twist. Topped with nori (roasted seaweed), teriyaki sauce and Japanese mayo.
The Green Mile - $8.00 Classic mac and cheese with broccoli florets. Topped with crispy onions.
Slumdog Millionaire - $8.00 Classic mac and cheese with the charm of Bollywood. Mixed with mild curry, peas and topped with crispy onions.
