A word about snowboard lessons:

Each year, we try to get snowboard classes together, but we struggle to get enough students of the same level to form a class.  Grouse will only put a class together if we have 5 snowboarders, and then put them in the same class.  This is fine if all the students are the same level, but if some are beginners and some are Level 2 or 3, then the more advanced boarders are not going to get much out of the lessons...

Parent volunteers are needed each week for a variety of roles.  Please volunteer for one:
TBA - Please see the calendar in the FreshSchools App to sign-up!

  • Minimum age is 7 years old.
  • Everyone must participate in the lesson to receive the quoted prices.
  • A minimum of 5 students is required in each ability level in each sport (skiing or snowboarding).
  • Helmets are mandatory for students. If a student does not have a helmet, a complimentary one will be supplied by Grouse Mountain. This must be requested in advance.
  • We receive 1 complimentary escort ticket for every 5 students in Grades 2-3 and every 8 students in Grades 4-12.
