In 2018 we asked our parents how they felt about the programs we offered after school at Carisbrooke.  The answers are as below.

OUT OF SCHOOL CARE SURVEY RESULTS 2018

​The Carisbrooke CPAC is aware that having options for student care outside of school hours is an important issue for our parents. There are limitations to the number and kinds of programs that can be run on the school grounds due to competing school activities. Out of school activities include both After School Activities on the school grounds and Regular Before and After School Care.

​Results are below:

We had 39 respondents for this survey.  2 respondents did not require any after school activities or care.  So the results look at the 37 respondents who are seeking after school activities/care.  Thank you for participating!

We have:

• 20 families who indicated requiring before/after school care 4-5 days per week
• 6 families who need regular and consistent before/after school care 1-3 days per week
• 11 families who would like access to a range of after school activities

The Carisbrooke After School Club was most liked by the families (31) with most of the remaining activities well liked (24-26 respondents liked) and Coding being liked by 16 families.

We will use these results to help direct us in our endeavour to help families with Out of School Programming needs.  Having full time programming at the school is not possible at this time but we will continue to work to help these families that best that we can.
