FOODIE KIDS MISSION

​Our mission is to provide healthy and delicious food for kids, but not kids’ food. We inspire open minds by introducing foods from different cultures. Our footprint is reduced by composting leftovers and using green containers. Additionally, we are committed to giving back and boosting school fundraising. Our promise is to ease the stress on parents, schools, PACs, and teachers, to make lunch the easy and enjoyable experience it used to be. We love food!

WHAT IS FOODIE KIDS?

FoodieKids is an optional hot lunch service available for purchase, in advance only and delivered to your child’s classroom on Wednesdays.   
The new Wednesday hot lunch program supplied by FoodieKids replaces our previous Fun Lunch program but continues to be the predominant fundraiser for the CPAC.  All monies raised by meals you purchase will help support Carisbrooke Elementary School and its students in the future.

FAQ

1. Where do I place my order?

2. When do I have to place my order?
You must place your order by midnight of the previous Wednesday.
 
3. Do I need to place an order every week or can I place multiple orders at one time? 
You can place your order each week or as far in advance as you would like.  
 
4. What if I place my order and then decide I want to change it?
No problem, you can change your order anytime up to one week before delivery.
 
5. What if I forgot to order?
Unfortunately, the vendor will not reopen ordering for any date already closed.  However, this means you only miss one day, and you are still able to order for any future Wednesdays.  If you missed the deadline to place an order, please be sure to pack your child a lunch on that day, and put a note in your calendar to place your order for next time.  
 
6. What’s the difference between FoodieKids & Fun Lunch?
FoodieKids is an organization that provides hot lunch to schools - which helps relieve the need for parent volunteers.  Fun Lunch was a program that was staffed by Carisbrooke Parents and is no longer available.

We are running special hot dog days throughout the year.  Be sure to read your weekly CPAC newsletter for details!!
