PARENTS

The Carisbrooke Parent Advisory Council, or CPAC, includes all parents or guardians who have a child or children attending Carisbrooke Elementary,   and includes the Principal and Vice-Principal.
So, if your kid are at Carisbrooke, you are a CPAC member.

VOLUNTEER

Any talent, time and effort you give to Carisbrooke will help the kids grow and learn in a great school and community. There is a variety of volunteering opportunities each year and, depending on your availability and preferences, you can choose the best fit for you.

E-mail volunteer@carisbrookepac.ca to ask any questions you may have about volunteering and what will work for you.  It really does take a village.

STAY IN TOUCH

If you have any questions, recommendations or feedback at all, get in touch with any member of the Executive, chat with us at the playground if you can, or send us a short e-mail.

To quickly find out the latest about the CPAC activities
  • Check this website.
  • Read the Sunday CPAC Newsletter, or
  • Take a quick look at the CPAC bulletin board at the school if possible.

ATTEND MEETINGS

Attending meetings is one of the ways to find out what is going on and contribute with your presence, questions, suggestions and feedback.

You are definitely invited and welcome to attend:
  • All members CPAC meetings in September, October (Budget), January and May (AGM).
The place and time of the meetings is advertised ahead of time at the school (the CPAC bulletin board), and in the CPAC Newsletter.

If you do not attend a meeting, you can read the meeting minutes to stay up to date.  These are posted online line and a paper copy is posted on the CPAC board at the school
