EXECUTIVE


​The CPAC Executive Committee represents the Carisbrooke community of parents and guardians, 
​
coordinates the various CPAC activities and events, 
​and liaises with the school staff and teachers ​as well as the NVPAC and BCCPAC for any of your concerns.

EXECUTIVE POSITIONS

The CPAC Executive Members consists of the Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, NVPAC (DPAC) Rep/Past-Chair, and one Member-At-Large.

The CPAC Executive Committee also has Members-at-Large who carry specific portfolios: 
​
After-School Coordinator, Crossing Guard & Safety Coordinator, Emergency Preparedness, Fundraising,  Forms and Safer Routes to School Coordinator, Fun Lunch Coordinator, Language Ambassador, Playground Planning, 
​Promotional Material, and Technology.

Executive Members can carry additional portfolios such as Social Event Coordinator, Class Rep Coordination, Volunteer Coordinator, and Parent Education Program.

BEING ON CPAC

 Any CPAC member - that means you - can apply to become an Executive Committee member.

​We also have a set of By-Laws, which explain the roles and responsibilities of CPAC. 

MEETINGS

​The CPAC Executive meets on a monthly basis at least 6 times a year, generally on the 1st Tuesday of the month.
​

Members of the CPAC Executive Committee are elected each year at the May Annual General Meeting.
