HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Choose a project: You can work by yourself or in a group. The project can be 2D (painting, drawing, textile, etc.) or 3D (sculpture with plasticine, legos, wood or painting on rock!)
  • Submit a Student Art Form (see form link in the left column) : Have your parent sign it and then hand it in to your teacher no later than Friday, March 1st. Or, email your form to: camille@carisbrookepac.ca Projects are not subject to approval, but we do require description in order to arrange for display.
  • Work on your project: Projects are worked on outside of school. It is your project, use any medium (crayons, oil paints, water colours, ink, yarn, legos, carton, wood, metal, scraps, anything goes). Let your imagination be the guide!!. Create a description label to help people understand where your inspiration came from.
  • Label your project: Don’t forget to fill out the Display Label provided here and attach it to your project so it can be identified.
  • Share your findings at the Art Fair: Bring your project to the gym on the morning of March 5th between 8:20 and 8:45 a.m. (a parent may need to help you). Doors to the public will open at 5:30 PM and when the fair is over, at 7:30 PM, you must take your project home with you.
