WELCOME TO THE CARISBROOKE PAC!

As parents of a child at Carisbrooke Elementary School, you are automatically a member of  the Carisbrooke Parent Advisory Council (CPAC).

The Carisbrooke Parent Advisory Council (CPAC) is a registered charity, and works hard to
supplement our children’s education and experience at Carisbrooke. The CPAC organizes activities and school community events for our children and families, and helps raise funds along the way. Thanks to these funds, our kids will learn more about the world and themselves - both in and outside of the classroom - through additional educational workshops and field trips for the arts, sports, and technology. The CPAC also acts as a voice for the concerns of Carisbrooke parents through liaising with the School directly, and with School District 44.

We are very lucky to have such a dedicated and enthusiastic parent group to co-ordinate its talents and time to make all of these events so successful and enjoyable!  It takes a village to make Carisbrooke a great place to grow!

ESL PARENTS

If you are new to Carisbrooke and your English is not 100%, please email us at info@carisbrookepac.ca and we will connect you with other parents at our school who speak your preferred language as well as English.

REMINDERS!

Please be aware that there is no supervision at the school in the mornings and so children should not arrive before 8:30am unless they attend a supervised activity such as choir or a sports practice.

Please also see see our Traffic Plan for parking or drop-off zones around the school.

IS your Child going to be absent?

PLEASE remember to use the School Messenger App on iPhone or Android devices.  Or, you can call the school at (604-903-3380) if your child is going to be late or absent.

The office staff would REALLY appreciate this as they are having to spend a good portion of their morning tracking down missing children.  Let's remember to call or email as we really appreciate this service.  Thank you.

Fun Lunch Ordering

Carisbrooke PAC used the Munch-a-Lunch order program for our periodic fun lunch programme.

First-time parent registrants must use the link below, which directs you to Carisbrooke’s dedicated landing page (you cannot go directly to the Munch-a-Lunch website as the registration link is not listed there).

PARKING ISSUES

Parking and Traffic Safety are again an issue in and around Carisbrooke.  Please do not park in no parking areas or block the driveways of our neighbours around the school.  We realize that you may be running late for work, but your children's safety and your neighbour's children's safety is more important than that work deadline.   For more information, click here.
